Just swapped an africa twin for the TS660  - Jan22 model Korosi Red from Total Triumph Taunton which I am thoroughly enjoying : a delight to move about and ride … looking forward to miles to come

  From fellow Bristol owner. Thoroughly enjoyed my March 2023 TS660 for first six months. Following MAP sensor hose recall, now declared unsafe while awaiting front brake repair, I'm not so sure about this oil guzzler  . Fortunately, my March 2017 Yamaha MT07 continues to provide an exciting, reliable, albeit terribly uncomfortable ride  .

Does the TS660 guzzle oil then? will have to keep an eye on that .. do you use Fowlers in Brizzle ? I got mine from Total Triumph Taunton … so prob go there … for servicing

Estimated oil consumption is approximately 200 ml per 1000 miles. 'Guzzle' might be considered an exaggeration. When queried, Triumph GB claims the consumption to be well within the industry standard of 1000 ml per 1000 miles. Nevertheless, 200 ml per 1000 miles is far more than I am used to.

TS660 purchased from Fowlers and they are conveniently located for me while in the warranty period.
